  3. Create a secure password for your account.
  4. Check your email to activate your account using the link provided.

  2. Click on "Login" at the top right.
  3. Enter your email and password in the login form.
  4. Click Login to access your dashboard.

How To Submit A Complaint

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your dashboard and click on "Submit Complaint."
  3. Fill in the required information about your issue:
    • Category: Select the category best suited to your complaint.
    • Description: Provide a detailed description of the issue.
    • Attachments: You can attach supporting documents or images if applicable.
  4. Review the information and click "Submit."

  2. Select the complaint you want to track from the list.
  3. View the current status of your complaint in real-time.
  4. If your complaint is unresolved after a specified time, click "Escalate" to notify higher authorities.
Updating Your Profile

Updating Your Profile

  1. Click on your username at the top right corner of your dashboard.
  2. Select "Profile Settings."
  3. Edit your personal information including name, email, and phone number.
  4. To change your password, click on "Change Password" and follow the prompts.
  5. Save your changes.
